● Click icon from the menu to start moving the current canvas endlessly. In this mode you can also move objects such as picture, image, audio and video individually.

● This is another set of navigation menu available in SenseBoard which can be used to perform some specific user actions. It is available on the bottom both sides of the canvas which user can open as per requirement.

● Context menu is the options available with each object added to the SenseBoard's canvas. Select any element drawn on the SenseBoard canvas to display the various context menu options available for that object. Different context menu options are available with different elements added. For example, context menu items for drawing might differ from context menu items for a physics tool.

After activating the voice commands from setting menu, you can see the voice icon available in the screen
Click on the icon on the screen to start using voice commands, now we are using 8 languages to support voice commands which are English , Marathi ,Hindi ,Telugu, Tamil, Malyalam , kannada, Gujarati.
Note: Voice commands will work only if the system is connected to internet. In case of any issues with the internet connection, the same will be informed as a message on screen. Use a microphone or the remote that comes along with Senses IIP to start giving voice commands to SenseBoard.

● SenseBoard enables you to convert an Image to text.
● To use this feature, click on icon after selecting the particular image which has text content.

● Now the text from the image will be extracted and will be displayed on canvas.

● SenseBoard enables you to translate the text into different language.
● To use this feature, click onSelect tool and select the text.
● From the avaliable options on context menu click on Text Translate icon to translate the text.

● SenseBoard enables you to save any content added on canvas as PNG Image at desired location.
● To use this feature add any content or strokes on canvas, click on more options of context menu and select "Save As Image".
● After that "Save As" dialogue will open, select the desired location and then save any content as PNG image from SenseBoard.

● Click on icon of context menu to get more detailed information of the selected periodic element.

SenseBoard enables you to convert an Image to speech. To use this feature, click on Select tool and select the image. From the menu click on read aloud button to read aloud the content from the image to speech.

You can control the reading of text with the following buttons:

● This Button provides the functionality to decrease the speed of reading.
● This Button provides the functionality to increase the speed of reading.
● This Button provides the functionality to pause the reading.
● This Button provides the functionality to stop the reading.

SenseBoard enables you to convert an Image to speech. To use this feature, click on Select tool and select the text. From the menu click on read aloud button to read the content of the text.
You can control the reading of text with the following buttons:
· Button allows you to decrease the speed of reading.
· Button allows you to increase the speed of reading.
· Button allows you to pause the reading.
· Button allows you to stop the reading.
Text to speech supports multiple regional languages as well.

● Click on icon on context menu for going to previous atomic structure.

● Click on icon on context menu for going to next atomic structure.

SenseBoard enables you to convert an Image to text. To use this feature, click on Select tool and select the image.
From the menu click on image search button to search the image on the web.

● User can convert shapes into Mind Map or Flow Diagrams.
● To use this feature, click on to select the Mind Map from context menu.
● Now user can add different shapes and connect them via Mind Map.
● Do note user can also add text or draw inside the shapes that are connected using Mind Map.

● SenseBoard enables user to add YouTube Videos to the canvas. To add, click on tools and select Browser.

● Once the browser is loaded go to Youtube.com, now drag and drop any YouTube video to the canvas as per the requirement.

● To add a sticky note, click on the tool and select this icon.

● User can add content to the sticky note, move it, and place it anywhere on the canvas.

● User can modify the font style, add Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough functionality to the text, as well as change the color of the sticky note and collapse it as per the requirement.

● With the help of Artificial Intelligence, user can ask questions to the AI and can get customized generated response from AI.
● To ask AI, select a word or a sentence on Canvas and click on AI button.
● User can then click on any of the prompts suggested by AI and it’ll generate a response on the canvas.

● Delete: Click on icon on context menu to delete the selected object from page.

● Search: Click on icon to search a particular text or image in Google, wikipedia or YouTube.

● Edit: Click on to start editing an already entered text input on canvas.

● ReadAloud : Click on icon to start reading the selected text aloud.

● User can now convert strokes or handwritten expressions into text.
● Select a stroke or a handwritten expression and click on icon from the context menu.
● After clicking on the icon the handwritten expression will be converted into text.
● This text can be selected, and then the functionalities available on the context menu can be performed as per the requirement.

● Users can now add multiple canvases in SenseBoard.
● To add multiple canvases, go to Tools and select Multi Canvas.
● Users can choose from up to three types of multi-canvas setups.
● Click on the desired number of canvases to use them separately.
● Users can change the background of each canvas and copy content from any canvas to the Main Canvas.

● User can add InteractiveMap in SenseBoard.
● To Add InteractiveMap – go to tools and Select InteractiveMap.

● User can add DigitalClock in SenseBoard.
● To Add DigitalClock – go to tools and Select DigitalClock.
● On DigitalClock user can select 12 hour format or 24 hour format as per requirement.

Click to Utility tools pop up. Here we have a collection of tools like Phet, Geogebra, Polypad, Books, Quiz etc.

● Click on vertical menu on the canvas and select Utility tools. Then click on tool.

● Provides seamless access to interactive PhET science and math simulations.

● The user can take a screenshot by clicking the screenshot button, and the captured screenshot will appear on the SenseBoard canvas with annotations.

● Click on vertical menu on the canvas and select Utility tools. Then click on tool.

● Provides seamless integration of GeoGebra for dynamic math and geometry visualization.

● Users can take screenshots and view them directly on the SenseBoard canvas with annotations.

● Click on vertical menu on the canvas and select Utility tools. Then click on tool.

● Provides seamless integration of Polypad for dynamic math manipulatives and visual learning.

● Users can take screenshots and view them directly on the SenseBoard canvas with annotation support.

● Click on vertical menu on the canvas and select Utility tools. Then click on tool.

● SenseBoard integrates NCERT books, allowing users to access all textbooks in PDF format.

● Users can copy selected pages directly to the SenseBoard canvas.

● Click on vertical menu on the canvas and select Utility tools. Then click on tool.

● Users can generate quizzes based on selected NCERT book topics.

● After submitting answers, users can view the correct answers for better understanding.

● Users can view their quiz results and share them instantly.

● Users can check the quiz summary and copy it to the SenseBoard canvas.

● Click on icon to insert image on canvas.
● Select the respective image file from file manager dialogue and the file will get displayed on canvas.

● Click on icon to insert video on canvas.
● Select the respective video file from file manager dialogue and the file will get displayed on canvas.

● Click on icon to insert audio on canvas.
● Select the respective audio file from file manager dialogue and the file will get displayed on canvas.

● Click on 3DImage button to insert 3D model on canvas.
● Select the respective 3DImage file from file manager dialogue and the 3DImage will get displayed on canvas.

Note : The formats supported are .obj, .3ds, .stl, .glb on SenseBoard.

● Click on vertical menu on the canvas and select tools.

● Inside the tools popup select magnifier icon.

● Now user can drag the magnifier directly wherever needed to magnify the area as per their requirements.

● Click the button to open the timer, as shown below.

● By default, the timer starts from 00:00:00. Click to set the countdown time.

● After configuring the timer, click again to save and exit the settings.

● Once the time is set, click the play button to start the timer.

● Click the icon to display the screen wrap.

● This tool is useful for temporarily concealing page contents on the canvas that do not need to be shown. Users can adjust the blocking position by dragging the veil layer.

● Within the screen wrap, click on the icon to select the area to cover.

● Click on the icon to set the screen cover to full screen.

● Click icon to customize the veil and replace the current inserted image with a local file.

● Click on icon available on tools popup to open screen shot menu.

● The screen shot on SenseBoard can be taken in three different ways as shown below in popup i.e fullscreen ,rectangular, free hand mode.

● User can select the type of screen shot mode shown in popup as per the requirement.

● Click icon on tools popup to open Board in Board.

● After clicking, the Board in Board will get automatically dragged from the right side on the canvas, user can open and close Board in Board by the drag button provided at the centre of the Board in Board's side menu shown in figure below.

● User can perform writing erasing operation simultaneously along with several other activities on canvas with the help of this application, also operation such as saving or taking screenshot of the content written in the board in board can be done over this application.

● Click on icon to open the clock avaliable in tools.

● Click on icon to open calendar.

● It displays current date and week by default, as shown in video.

● Click left and right buttons to view date up and down.

● Click year and month position to quickly view other year, month and date.

● To Dictate PDF/Word file, go to tools and click on Dictation.

● A window will appear, browse the file and select the respective PDF/Word file to begin dictation.

● Click on icon to open the physical show window, which can display real-time video captured by the webcam. It provides options for locking the screen, rotating 90° left and right, entering full screen mode, returning to actual size, taking screenshots, scaling, moving, adding notations, returning, and shutting down.

● Click the button to initiate page playback.

● After this, a blank page is displayed. Click the button to start page replay. To stop page replay, click on either the or button.

● For automatic repetition click on and to increase the speed click on .

● Any actions performed on the canvas will be displayed in video format step by step. For example, if user add's 2 images and shapes, and then click on page replay, it will show step by step what was inserted and other actions if any. Additionally, note that page replays can be saved in a file in .ebf format.

● Click the button to open the browser. By default, the opened page is http://www.google.com, user can utilize this browser to search and browse resources.

● Click on to open table control on canvas.
● After clicking, a table control popup will appear, allowing users to select the desired rows and columns by dragging. Once the selection is complete, the table will be added to the canvas. User can write and resize cells horizontally or vertically by writing up to the edge of the respective cell in the direction where resizing is needed.
● User can add or delete rows and columns as needed by using the gestures listed below or by clicking the Edit button. Border color of the table can also be customized by clicking the icon from the context menu.

List of gestures avaliable in Table Control :

● Drag horizontally left for deleting the respective row.
● Drag horizontally right for adding a row.
● Drag vertically top to bottom for adding a column.
● Drag vertically bottom to top for deleting the respective column.

● Click on icon to transfer the object from the mobile phone directly onto the canvas using this tool.

● Scan the QR code using smartphone, browse the displayed URL, and upload the image or video that is needed to be showcased on the canvas.

● Click on the spotlight icon with the help of this particular tool, a specific part of an image or PDF can be highlighted by dragging the spotlight as per the requirement.

● The opacity of other content around the spotlight can be adjusted with the provided min-max pointer.

● Click on the background theme icon in the vertical menu to edit the canvas's background settings as per the preferences.

● In this functionality, user can apply any background color out of 36 kinds of solid colors available as per their requirement. A custom color selection palette is provided to choose any color, as shown in the picture below.

● The background can be customized with the "Custom" option, user can also browse an image file that they want to use as the canvas background and can also choose to set the background on the current page only or on all pages as well.

● From this tab, user can choose a color theme to apply for the current session, the selected theme will be saved for any further sessions until updated and the chosen theme will be applied to the current page as well as any newly added pages.

Desktop

● Click to restore previous undo operation. This button is in a hidden state before undoing currently selected handwriting.

● Click to undo previous operation. This button is in a hidden state when there is no currently selected handwriting drawing operation.

● Previous Page : When current page is not the first page, click button to switch to previous page of current page.

● Click on icon to play the working animation of atomic structure diagram.

● Translation : Click button to translate the selected object available in canvas.

● Next Page : Click button for switching 1st page to 2nd page.

● Add Page : Click to add new page.

● Click button and navigation can quickly position and browse region information of adjacent areas of current page, with ratio adjustments available. This is very useful in case user have used endless canvas while teaching.

● Click on button for using the functionality of resetting the screen on normal mode after using zoom in or zoom out function.

User can use this functionality by clicking on button to perform various kind of operations listed below

● To check the list of pages added as well as to select and load a particular added page on canvas.
● To directly add a copy of same added page or to add a new page on canvas.
● To share pages added on canvas by checking the checkbox avaliable around the thumbnail of each page and then selecting various sharing functionalities such as whatsapp ,email or generate qr code button available below as per requirement.

● Navigation : Click button and navigation can quickly position and browse region information of adjacent areas of current page, with ratio adjustments available. This is very useful in case user have used endless canvas while teaching.

● Cut : Click on button to cut a particular object and use paste button to paste it on any canvas pages.

● Copy : Click on to copy a particular object and use paste button to paste it on any canvas pages.

● Paste : Click on to paste any cut/copied objects to the selected page. Cut/copy/paste is supported using keyboard shortcuts also. E.g.: Ctrl+X, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V. An object/text/image copied from an external file can also be pasted onto the canvas. You can cut/copy an object on the canvas from the context menu also.

● Zoom Out : Click on button to perform one operation of zooming out to all the objects on the current page.

● Zoom In : Click on button to perform one operation of zooming in to all the objects on the current page.

● Exit : Click on button to exit the application.

● Click on icon to insert ppt on canvas.
● Select the respective .ppt file from file manager dialogue and the file will get displayed on canvas.

● Click on icon to insert word file.
● Select the respective .docx file from file manager dialogue and the file will get displayed on canvas. on canvas.

● Click on icon to insert pdf file.
● Select the respective .pdf file from file manager dialogue and the file will get displayed on canvas.

● Click on vertical menu on the canvas and select tools.

● Inside the tools popup select splitter icon.

● After clicking the screen gets split, enabling user to work on SenseBoard and any other file on Windows simultaneously.
